“It’s over” is the hardest and the most difficult words to accept in a relationship, being told that by your supposed soulmate, who you thought was gonna be by your side forever is emotionally stressing.
Nobody wants to hear those words but sometimes when God wanna save you from “the wrong one” and a very unhealthy relationship, it happens.

Breakups can be very difficult and emotionally draining especially when you’ve put your all into the relationship and given the person all the love you have.. but at the end if the relationship isn’t meant to be, it will definitely fail or when y’all realize that it’s just not working out  and the realtionship is unhealthy

Getting over an ex or a relationship is not easy, it is a long process of healing but don’t worry it’s gonna be ok😥.. Here are some ways one can get over breakups and heart breaks

1. CRY:
Crying is good when trying to get over a heartbreak because bottling up feelings and emotions will make it so hard to let go and move on. (C’mon let it out:|), you will feel better

2. ACCEPT THAT THE RELATIONSHIP IS OVER;
To move on, you gotta accept that one chapter of your life is closed forever, if the realtionship was abusive or unhealthy and you realized this don’t try to fix things just move on, its hard but you can do it!

3. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES;
This is not the time for you to lock yourself up in your room or apartment for a month eating ice cream and getting fat (No..no), this is the time to share your burdens and bound with close friends and family, they will make you feel better

4. ENGAGE IN AN ACTIVITY;
Engage in activities that will get your mind off your broken relationship, like a distraction (it works💪) wether gyming or developing a new found hobby, just do it..

5. BLOCK ALL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR EX:
Talking to your ex on phone or stalking them on social media will slow down the healing process, especially if you check their instagram or Facebook pages and you realize that they’ve moved on.. you will feel terribly hurt and wounded, stay off their lives for at least 3months or more ( till you are emotionally strong)

6. REBUILD AND LOVE YOURSELF MORE:
Direct all the energy and love you showered on this person to yourself.. you deserve so much more. Use that energy for more progress at school or work, just anything productive and start loving yourself much more than before.. Don’t worry about someone else, someone better will come your way!💪💪

Heartbreaks are not cool, but when it happens.. you gotta be strong and pick yourself up again✊💋 Disappointments happen sometimes for reasons that might be unknown to us!
