Hello Lovlies,

African women are the real MvPs!

So today I wanna bring by a unique recipe (shh… its a secret), we all know the importance of shea butter in our beautiful natural hair #wordscantexplainmylove , it has so many benefits and i will talk about some of them today without further delay let.. me .. get .. right.. into it…

Shea butter comes from the seed of the fruits of the shea tree in africa according to my research though and it has essential vitamins like vitamin A, E and many others that are good for the skin and ofcourse the hair

Its benefits are:

Moisturizing

skin smoothing and many others

Unrefined shea butters are the real deal. You can be sure of 98% of the nutrients still preserved but we wouldn’t wanna use the raw shea butter in its raw state on our hair (don’t do it.. its a trap) its better to whip it up and make it into a creamy goodness you will be glad you made

All you need to do is to make a sheabutter mix!! and how to make it? really simple and easy!

What you need:

  • unrefined shea butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp jamaican black castor oil
  • 2 tsp olive oil or grapeseed oil
  • 10 drops of argan oil
  • any sweet smelling oil (rosemary oil, lavender oil etc)
  •  1 tsp honey
  • whipping machine or a hand mixer

How to do:

put your desired amount of shea butter in a bowl or big cup and melt it in the microwave or place it in hot water, after melting add your essential oils and honey and mix well with your whipping machine or hand mixer (mix very well). Then put in the fridge for 5-7mins for the mix to solidify a bit

After 5-7mins you bring it out and mix some more till it become creamy and soft
